Advice on teeth whitening systems

I want to try those at home teeth whitening systems which one is the best? And have any of you guys tried it worked out good or bad?

I’m using teeth whitening toothpaste plus a product which I found recently and they work like a charm for me. I’m using crest teeth whitening toothpaste. Also if you’re interested in the product which helped me a lot. There are strip home kits and tray home kits. Trays are more expensive and more aggressive. Many people are pleased with the results they get from the strips. It could depend on the level of discoloration. You should also be aware of the risk of enamel damage. I tried the 5 minutes teeth whitening one and it works very well.
