Today I got my braces off. I had them on for a year and 3 months. Anyways they are yellow I hate them. What is like something really good I can use? Is Crest Whitening Strips good, or should I try something different? And how long does it take to see a difference already in them getting whiter? Please help, even if you have or haven’t had braces. oh, and I’m 13 and my parents say it is okay to use crest whitening strips or whatever I would like.
Congrats on getting your braces off! I know this is exciting for you! I remember my teeth feeling really slippery after I got mine off. Anyway, Crest Whitening strips are excellent. They are a little yucky, but they work really well. about 14 days and you should see some good results. Let your teeth and gums rest for about another 7-14 days and then do them again! Your teeth should be nice and bright! I have done the Crest strips several times and they work wonderfully every time. You can also go to your dentist and have them make a whitening tray for you, and you can get some bleach from them. I have also done this. To make the trays is pretty expensive, I think the whole thing will cost several hundred dollars, but you get results sooner, it’s a lot cleaner and you can do it at night while you sleep.
