You can get your teeth whitened professionally, or use those Crest White Strip things. They aren’t going to do as good a job as the dentist, but might help. Avoid staining foods and beverages like tea, coffee, berries like blueberries, and other foods that stain your teeth. And don’t use lemons to whiten them – you can very easily strip the enamel off this way, and you don’t want to do that.
