By brushing your tongue and using mouthwash, you get a fresh breath. By flossing, you remove any food/dirt trapped in between your teeth which brushing and using mouthwash cannot get to. Its important for your self esteem as well as your health, think how you’d feel if you lost all your teeth. There are also some suggestions that poor dental hygiene can lead to heart problems. Your teeth will fall out, you breath will smell, you cant eat anything thats not mashed. not good for your health.
