Teeth Whitening – Baking Soda Method

I have considered trying the baking soda and water method to whiten my teeth, all I need to know now is how much water and how much baking soda? And would it damage my teeth?

If you use the baking soda only add enough water to make a paste, like toothpaste. I’ve done it. Use the crest white strips they work great! I’ve used WhiteLight several times and my dentists says I don’t need to worry about them.
