Baking soda to clean my teeth

If I use Baking soda to clean my teeth will they be whiter? How much Baking soda should I use, and for how long?

I use it twice a week and have noticed the difference, I put some in a glass and add a little water until it’s like a paste. If you like baking soda buy arm and hammer toothpaste. They have specially formulated toothpaste mixed with formulated baking soda. Toothpastes that say they have baking soda in them are the only form that is safe for your teeth! It does bleach teeth, but you have to be careful not to damage your enamel.
