Since my daughter was 1 she refused to brush her teeth she only started to at the age of 13. She goes to her dentist every 6 months. Is it really bad that she only started brushing her teeth at 12? Will her teeth be a problem for her when shes older?
My step brother has never brushed his teeth he’s 38 years old. He went to the dentist last year, first time in 15 years all he done was clean them. He has no fillings and all of his teeth. He drinks and smokes as well, I on the other hand brush twice a day, I have had 6 teeth out and loads of fillings. I don’t know about you but I have begun to question how good toothpaste is for your teeth. That is bad. My parents always made me brush my teeth three times a day and banned me from eating sweets or drinking fizzy drinks. I am the only person I know who has no fillings or crowns. I have perfect teeth, health wise they are not perfectly straight but that is not a problem. I would say that is bad but at least she brushes them now. Ask the dentist if it would be a problem, he can look at the teeth properly. You will find out in the future.
